With Service Providers: We will share Your personal information with Wix.com Ltd, the provider of this Website in charge of hosting, in particular your usage data when navigating through this Website.
For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
With the Mantu Group: Atalanta is part of the Mantu Group therefore We may share Your information with entities part of this Group and in particular with Novelab, in which case we will require those entities to honor this Privacy Policy. Mantu SA is a company registered at the chamber of commerce of Geneva (SWITZERLAND) under number CHE-476.382.049, and Novelab is a company registered under at the chamber of commerce of Toulouse (FRANCE) under number 510 802 614, as well as any other subsidiaries part of the Mantu Group, its joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

In order to comply with Article 37 of the GDPR, We appointed a Data Protection Officer operating at the group level. The Data Protection Officer is an external consultant based in Paris, France.
