  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ATALANTA, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated under the French law, with a share capital of 3,500 [EUR], with legal address at 24 rue Jacques Ibert, 92300 Levallois-Perret FRANCE, and registered near the commercial and companies registry of Nanterre under number 922 527 395. 

  • Website refers to Atalanta’s website accessible from: www.atalanta-production.com 

  • Service refers to functionalities available on the Website and described in the Website’s General Terms and Conditions. 

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. 

  • Personal Data designates the data referred to in Article 4.1 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereafter, "GDPR"), and allowing You to be identified, directly or indirectly at a given time, independently of the terminal that You use.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service through our Service Provider and host Wix.com Ltd. 

  • To secure our Service:  certain navigational data must legally be retained to enable our Service Provider Wix to ensure the security of electronic communication Services and to detect, prevent or track down attempts at malicious or computer intrusion or violations of the terms of use of Our Services. This is the case for the IP address and the dates and times of connection of a terminal to one of Our Services. 

  • To contact You: to allow Us or any of the Mantu Group entity to contact You through the communication channels and with the contact information you provided Us.  

  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information. 

  • To study your job application: in case You make an unsolicited application.

The recipients of the personal data are Atalanta’s staff having a need to access it. 

We process your Personal Data on the basis of your acceptance of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. However, Personal Data may be also processed due to legal obligations or to meet Our legitimate interest in processing them as foreseen by GDPR in its article 6. 

In this context, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by sending a request to personaldata@mantu.com 

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless You have exercised your right of deletion of mentioned above prior to the end of the data retention period. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. 

We undertake to archive or delete Your Personal Data as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and processed and, in any event, as soon as the justified or legal retention period expires. 

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data will be treated confidentially within the Company as well as during transfers with the third parties listed below: 

  • With Service Providers: We will share Your personal information with Wix.com Ltd, the provider of this Website in charge of hosting, in particular your usage data when navigating through this Website.  

  • For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. 

  • With the Mantu Group: Atalanta is part of the Mantu Group therefore We may share Your information with entities part of this Group and in particular with Novelab, in which case we will require those entities to honor this Privacy Policy. Mantu SA is a company registered at the chamber of commerce of Geneva (SWITZERLAND) under number CHE-476.382.049, and Novelab is a company registered under at the chamber of commerce of Toulouse (FRANCE) under number 510 802 614, as well as any other subsidiaries part of the Mantu Group, its joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us. 

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. 

We will not share, sell, rent or disclose your Personal Data to entities other than those specified above without your prior consent. We may, however, need to disclose certain Personal Data about You at the request of the competent administrative or judicial authorities, to comply with Our legal and regulatory obligations, or to protect and defend Our rights and interests and/or to prevent any abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of Our Service. We will take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that no data transfer will be made to third parties unless they have and have implemented adequate security measures. 

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You have a right to access, rectify, request for the portability, limit, oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of your Personal Data, delete your Personal Data or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Those rights can be exercised by sending an email to personaldata@mantu.com 

Your request will treated by our Data Protection Team within one (1) month from the reception of your request. Please note that We may ask an identity proof in case of legitimate doubt to prevent identity fraud.  

DPO & DATA PROTECTION TEAM

In order to comply with Article 37 of the GDPR, We appointed a Data Protection Officer operating at the group level. The Data Protection Officer is an external consultant based in Paris, France. You can contact the Data Protection Officer regarding any issue relating to personal data protection by sending an email to personaldata@mantu.com

Furthermore, the Data Protection Officer is supported by a dedicated team  operating at the group level.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

If you have parental responsibility for a minor who has provided us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We learn that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent, We will take steps to delete that Personal Data from Our data collection and storage devices.
